Beyond intensive treatment models, group therapy is highly under-utilized IMHO.
Group therapy is a beautiful way to seek comfort in the presence of others who can look you in the eye and say “me too”. I intermittently offer group therapy focused on a variety of topics including body image, sexuality, substance misuse support, trauma and relationship support.
